I I I 1.60 CONTENTS 6/1995 Security, Immigration and Refugee Affairs Authority 60. 6/1995 A PROCLAMATION TO PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE SECURITY, IMMIGRATION AND REFUGEE AFFAIRS AUTHORITY WHEREAS, it has become necessary to establish the Security, Immigration and Refugee Affairs Author- ity; NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it ishereby proclaimed as follows: Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as the Im- migration and Refugee Affairs Authority Establishment Proclamation No. Establishment I. The Security, Immigration and Refugee Affairs Authority (hereinafter referred to as the" is hereby established as an autoomous public ins- titution of the Federal Gogvemment.
