Unit Price nUT 80001 nUT nUT nUT nUT FEDERAL NEGARIT GAZETA OF THE FEDERAL DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF ETHIOPIA yZB MKR bT yw xJ CONTENTS 634/2009 Convention of the Migratory Species of Wild Animals 4738 xJ !3 1 07 !2 8 W !7 2 1 F 634/2009 A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE CONVENTION ON MIGRATORY SPECIES OF WILD ANIMALS WHEREAS, the Convention on the Conservation of Migratory Species of Wild Animals was adopted in Bonn, 1 1983; WHEREAS, the said convention is found to have paramount importance in conserving the migratory species of wild animals through cooperation of member states; WHEREAS, it is vital for Ethiopian wildlife conservation effort to be a member of this convention; WHEREAS, Article XVII of the Convention this Convention shall be open for accession by all non-signatory States; WHEREAS, the House of peoples Representa- tives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its session held on 2009; 55 sub-article and of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia it is hereby proclaimed as follows: $1 qN 41 2009
