Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as the "Revised Fourth 54/ Ratification of the Agreement 4, 1995 to amend the Fourth Lome Convention is ratified. Power of the Ministry of Economic Development and Cooperation The Ministry of Economic Development and Cooperation is hereby empowered to implement the Revised Fourth Lome Convention in cooperation with the concerned governmental and private organs. 80,001
