A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE AIR TRANSPORT SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE FEDERAL DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF ETHIOPIA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF EQUATORIAL GUINEA WHEREAS, Air Transport Services Agreement between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. and the Government of Equatorial Guinea was signed 2005; WHEREAS, it is stipulated in the Agreement that the Agreement shall come into force after the exchange of notes confirming its ratification in compliance with the respective constitutional procedures in force in each country; Ph. WHEREAS, the House of peoples' Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of i! Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its session 2007; A"f NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with and of the Constitution, of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia it is proclaimed as follows: li.
