Iin 'Oli . , 33612003 APROCLAMATION TO RATIFY INTERNATIONAL LABOUR ORGANIZATION CONVENTION CONCERNING THE FORCED OR COMPULSORY WHEREAS, it is necessary to implement the Convention 29/1930 adopted by International Labour Conference at its Four- 1930. NOW, in accordance with Article and of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiop it is hereby proclaimed as follows.
