NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows. Short title This Proclamation may be cited as the "Ethiopian Intellectual Property Office Establishement Proclamation No. Definition "Intellectual property" means a legal right over a creative work of the human intellect and includes means thetitle granted toprotect inventions and includes patent of introduction, utility model cetificate and industrial design registration cer- tificate granted to inventions, minor inventions and industrialdesignsinaccordancewiththeProclamation Concerning Inventions, Minor Inventions and 123/1995 ii'itli 80,001
