II T if? 2.30 287/2002 A PROCLAMATION TO AMEND THE PA YMENT OF TAX ON COFFEE EXPORTED FROM ETHIOPIA PROCLAMATION WHEREAS, it has become necessary to amend the Tax on coffee exported from Ethiopia Proclamation; 55 and of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows: Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as the "Tax on Coffee Exported from Ethiopia Proclamation No. Amendment Tax on Coffee Exported from Ethiopia Proclamation is hereby amended as follows: of the proclamation is deleted and replaced 4. the rate of the Tax which has been (six and point five per cent) shall be of the Proclamation is deleted and replaced 8: power of the Council of Ministers Where the Council of Ministers is satisfied that the amount of coffee to be exported and the international price for coffee has improved it may submit, the rate of tax to be levied on export coffee, to be approved by the House of Peoples' Effective Date 2002. 2002.
