Moo htp htp n fKC; M.lI Mil il C 2.30 Unit Price 232/2001 APROCLAMATIONTORATWY THE AGREEMENT ON lHE ESTABLISHMENT OF AFRICAN WHEREAS, an Agreement, on the establishment African Union, was signed by Ethiopia and other members of the Organization of African Unity in Lome, Togo, on 11 2000; WHEREAS, it is stipulated in the Agreement that the Agreement shall enter into force thirty days after the deposit of the instruments of ratification by two-thirds of the member States of the OAU; WHEREAS, the House of Peoples' Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said I; 55 Sub-Articles and of the Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows: I.
