FEDERAL NEGARIT GAZETA OF THE FEDERAL DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF ETHIOPIA ADDIS ABABA o.T fmtIJ CONTENTS 220/2000 ;JC Investments Promotion and Reciprocal Protection Agreement with the Government of the Republic of 1427 hCP i\o fmtIJ o ittJ 1 fh. f o.T tJC Iilfj hlltJ "tJ hCP ;JC i\oohffiT hCP CP;J 2.30 220/2000 A PROCLAMA TION TO RA TIFY THE AGREEMENT ON THEPROMOTION AND RECIPROCAL PROTECTION OFINVESTMENTS WITH THE GOVERNMENT OF THEREPUBLIC OF THE SUDAN WHEREAS, an Agreement, between the Government of the Federal Democratic Repbulic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Republic of the Sudan, on the Investments promotion and Reciprocal protection was signed in Khartoum 2000; WHEREAS, it is stipulated in the Agreement that the Agreement shall enter into force thirty days after the latter date on which the Governments of the contracting parties have notified each other, in writing, that their constitutional requirements for the entry into force of the Agreement have been fulfilled; .
