EEEE A I E A / 1308/2023 THE ETHIOPIAN PRESS AGENCY RE- ESTABLISHMENT PROCLAMATION WHEREAS, it is necessary to upsurge the media sectors to make them fit in the countrys context, and catch up with the advancement of electronic media; With the conviction that the Ethiopian Press Agency would be effective if it engages in the multimedia sector in addition to the print media as the electronic media sector is advancing globally and the measure would create additional capacity for our country; WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to amend the Ethiopian Press Agencys Re- establishment Proclamation aligning the provision with respect to procurement and financial system with the Agencys objective and mission; in accordance with Article of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia it is hereby proclaimed as follows: Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as the The Ethiopian Press Agencys Re-establishment Proclamation (As Amended) Proclamation 16 A A .
