AEAEAEAE EEEE A A E E A / 1220/2020 A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE UNITED NATIONS CONVENTION ON CONTRACTS FOR THE INTERNATIONAL SALE OF GOODS WHEREAS, the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International sale of goods was 1980; WHEREAS, ratifying the Convention enhances domestic traders engagement in contracts for the international sale of goods; WHEREAS, the House of Peoples Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its 2020; NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows. Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods Ratification Proclamation 73 A A .
